Leslie Jingluski has the unique opportunity to have a very candid conversation with Olympian and Gold Medal Winner, Master Arlene Limas. Limas is known worldwide for winning the first Gold Medal for the United States in 1988 for Taekwondo. She has coached more than 10,000 students in her career. Jingluski talks to her about her shift into a different kind of empowerment coaching with Pave Prevention. This episode discusses the heartbreaking culture of predatory coaching in sports and how it has changed.
